The University of Texas at Austin ordered an emergency evacuation of all buildings on Friday after receiving a telephone call from an unidentified male who threatened to set off bombs across the campus, officials said.
"The university received a call from a male with a Middle Eastern accent claiming to have placed bombs all over campus," university spokesman Gary Susswein said. "He said he was associated with al Qaeda and said the bombs would go off in about 90 minutes."
