The Catholic Vote: Don't Get Angry. Don't Get Depressed. Get INFORMED!

The debates between the two presidential candidates is over and now the long, hard work of discerning a vote is upon us.
Catholics are divided, maybe not evenly, between both candidates. For Romney, Catholics support his stand against gay-marriage and his concession that Catholic institutions should not provide insurance coverage for their employees that violate Catholic moral principles. For Obama, Catholics are supportive of his "Obamacare" plan that provides coverage and products to the poor and his executive order of providing citizenship to young otherwise illegal immigrants who want to pursue education and jobs legally.
The Bishops of the United States provide an updated guide for the Catholic vote. To understand what we believe and value as Catholics and how to responsibly put that in our vote is important. It's more than just emotion or party loyalty.
