Upcoming Events: Spring Retreat and Good Cheer

Good Cheer will fire back up on Wednesday, January 26th with Will Schenck of the San Egidio Community scheduled as our first speaker. You won't want to miss it!

Also, the always-popular Diocesan Spring Retreat will be held February 11-13 at Holmes County State Park. I hope we can take lots of people and I encourage everyone to prayerfully consider going. It is the perfect chance to take a weekend away from it all and to put yourself totally in God's hands for a couple of days. Good things are bound to happen.

This year's retreat will focus on the Beatitudes (as found in Luke 6:20-26) and how we can relate Christ's powerful teachings to our interaction with our family, our friends, and the community. The cost is $40 per student and includes transportation, food, lodging and a great t-shirt. Best of all, you'll have spent a weekend with other Catholic college students reflecting on God's word. You can't beat that!
