Each year, the costumes are marched out for Halloween and, as tradition has it, the offenses begin. Some costumes are meant to be offensive. Some costumes are offensive but innocently so.
So, as a southerner, I would BE OFFENDED at this choice of costume. But since it's from Flowood, I can't be offended. Which in effect, can be offensive.
