I'm re-posting this for today as a reminder to our student readers:
As I've mentioned before, this Wednesday (Feb. 1), CCM will host a welcome back cookout for the Spring semester. We'll start at 7pm and all are welcome to attend. We won't be at The Library, but at the Hinton Farm. We're super grateful to Marge and Forrest Hinton (owners of Hinton & Hinton on the Square and great friends to CCM) who have graciously agreed to host us at their farm just outside of town. Here are the directions to the farm:
Take Molly Barr Rd. (Hwy 30) headed towards New Albany.
After driving a mile or so on Molly Barr/Hwy30, you will see a BP station on the left side of the road and a quick stop "The Store" on the right side. Stay on Hwy 30 and begin to clock for approx. 12 miles, and when you have gone about 12 miles, you will cross a bridge
After that, watch for the County Road sign 253 which will be approx. one more mile on the right hand side.
Turn to the right onto CR 253, proceed for about a mile or so to a sharp curve in the road, (Flags will be on both sides of the road attached to the entrance fence of each drive!) A house will be on the left side of the road and a big barn will be on the right side.
Remember, flags will be on both sides as we are on both sides! If you have difficulty please phone 662-607-1516. We look forward to seeing you!
