 *Woodstock was the name given to a rock concert ^ in Woodstock, New York in 1969. The admission was free and it is said to have attracted over 50,000 people.
^ A rock concert was a staged event, either indoor or outdoor, where musicians would perform popular music, often using electric instruments> for an audience.

>Instruments were objects designed to assist musicians in performing live or recorded music.
